[PROBLEMS] To propose a controller of an AC rotating machine in which a stabilized rotational angular frequency estimate value can be obtained even in the extremely low speed region of an AC rotating machine and stabilized control can be performed. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The controller of an AC rotating machine comprises an angular frequency estimating/outputting means (20) which outputs an angular frequency estimate value .omega.i based on an angular frequency operation value .omega.1 including a rotational angular frequency estimate value .omega.e. The angular frequency estimating/outputting means (20) has a means for outputting a lower limit constant value .omega.2, a comparison means for comparing the angular frequency operation value .omega.1 with the lower limit constant value .omega.2, and a switching means performing switching operation based on the comparison means. The switching means outputs the angular frequency operation value .omega.1 as the angular frequency estimate value .omega.i when the angular frequency operation value .omega.1 is larger than the lower limit constant value .omega.2, and outputs the lower limit constant value .omega.2 as the angular frequency estimate value .omega.i when the angular frequency operation value .omega.1 becomes smaller than or equal to the lower limit constant value .omega.2.
L'objet de la présente invention est un contrôleur d'une machine rotative à courant alternatif permettant d'obtenir une valeur d'estimation de pulsation de rotation stabilisée, y compris dans la région de vitesse extrêmement faible d'une machine rotative à courant alternatif, et permettant d'effectuer un contrôle stabilisé. Le contrôleur d'une machine rotative à courant alternatif selon l'invention comprend des moyens d'estimation/de sortie de pulsation (20) qui fournissent en sortie une valeur d'estimation de pulsation .omega.i en se basant sur une valeur de fonctionnement de pulsation .omega.1 incluant une valeur d'estimation de pulsation de rotation .omega.e. Les moyens de commutation fournissent en sortie la valeur de fonctionnement de pulsation .omega.1 en tant que valeur d'estimation de pulsation .omega.i lorsque la valeur de fonctionnement de pulsation .omega.1 est supérieure à la valeur constante limite inférieure .omega.2, et fournissent en sortie la valeur constante limite inférieure .omega.2 en tant que valeur d'estimation de pulsation .omega.i lorsque la valeur de fonctionnement de pulsation .omega.1 est inférieure ou égale à la valeur constante limite inférieure .omega.2.
