ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A two-part mailer incorporates a conventional return envelope therein. The return envelope is affixed to a back side of a first web part that is subsequently heat-sealed to a second web part to form a two-part mailer. The method of assembly has a step in which the return envelope is affixed to the back side of the first web part in such a manner that the return envelope will not interfere with a glassing patch and/or die-cut area in the first web part nor interfere with removal perforations along the web part nor cause excessive bulk in areas where the first web part is heat- sealed to the second web part to form the two-part mailer.
