A conversation power testing system decides the conversation power of a student: by connecting a first testing video telephone terminal (11) and a student's video telephone terminal (26) through a network (25) to read a testing image from an image/voice storage device (23) and transmit it to the student's video telephone terminal (26); and by displaying the testing image on the display screen of the student's video telephone terminal (26), so that the conversation power of the student is decided on the basis of a talk of the student on the contents of the testing image or the conversations between the examiner and the student. Therefore, the test of the conversation power can be easily made even for a student at a remote place and at any time.
L'invention porte sur un système de test de la puissance de conversation qui décide de la puissance de conversation d'un étudiant en connectant un premier terminal téléphonique vidéo test (11) et un terminal téléphonique vidéo d'un étudiant (26) à travers un réseau (25) afin de lire une image test issue d'un dispositif de stockage d'image/voix (23) et de la transmettre au terminal téléphonique vidéo de l'étudiant (26), et en affichant l'image test sur l'écran d'affichage du terminal téléphonique vidéo de l'étudiant (26), si bien que la puissance de conversation de l'étudiant est décidée en fonction d'une conversation de l'étudiant sur les contenus de l'image test ou des conversations entre l'examinateur et l'étudiant. Par conséquent, le test de puissance de conversation peut être facilement réalisé pour un étudiant situé à un endroit éloigné, quelle que soit l'heure.
