A convertible hatchback is invented for a conventional sedan or station wagon so that a combination of the features of both vehicles has been included. A stationary base frame is designed as the base portion of the convertible hatchback. Four foldable soft parts (such as durable fabrics) make up the connection and surface cover between the base frame and the top from both sides. Two top parts (rear window and trunk top), which are connected by convertible devises, cover the base frame with joints. The above three component parts together make the convertible hatchback an integrity.
