A convertible headwear article comprising a foldable tubular fabric body having first and second opposed closable ends. The tubular fabric body is adapted to be folded in thirds to allow the convertible headwear article to be used as a headband. Alternatively, the tubular fabric body can be unfolded or partly unfolded with one end thereof closed so as to form a tuque configuration. The convertible headwear can also be selectively configured into a carrying bag with both ends of the tubular fabric body closed or into a hand warmer with both ends of the tubular fabric body partly closed. Finally, the tubular fabric can be worn as a neck warmer.
