ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A simple and efficient conveyor track apparatus for logs conveyed by an endless conveyer belt or chain and having stations for the rolling off of logs. According to the invention there is provided in a conveyer track apparatus for logs, an endless conveyer belt arranged in the conveyer track and provided with transverse supporting means having an upright directed shallow outcarved supporting surface or a surface with portions sloping towards each other at an obtuse angle, a pair of parallel lifting rails individually disposed on either sides of the conveyer track at each removal station individually raise a lifting rail so as to cause the supporting means disposed above the lifting rail to tilt and the log supported thereby to roll off at said station towards one side of the conveyer track, each lifting rail being supported by at least two longitudinally spaced links pivotably mounted in bearings in the track, said links being disposed in a vertical plane parallel to the plane of the rails and connected to operative means for causing the links to swing upwardly to cause tilting of said supporting means.
