A conveyor apparatus to aid in the removal or reinstallation of vehicle wheels, and particularly large, heavy or dual wheels that are difficult for an individual to manually maneuver off of or onto a vehicle axel. Wheels are easily moved across a platform surface of rolling tubes on fixed axels. Movable side rails can be used as bumpers to help prevent the wheels from moving sideways off the platform surface.
