The invention relates to a conveyor belt of a continuous strip-casting device for the casting of strips of metal, particularly steel, which belt is guided in a driven drum and by a drum horizontally adjacent to it and displaceable for the tensioning of the belt, the belt resting in this connection on a support arranged between the drums and the side thereof facing away from the cast strip being cooled. In accordance with the invention, the conveyor belt is characterized by the fact that the conveyor belt has, on the side remote from the cast strip (13), uniformly distributed blind holes (22) and that the blind holes (22) are separated by lands of a minimum width (S), the total surface area of the lands being 0.15 to 0.4 times the total surface area of the belt, and that the bottoms (24) of the blind holes have a wall thickness (d) which, upon the heating by the cast strip (13) with simultaneous cooling of the inside surface (29) of the blind holes, permits a bulging of b ny less than 1 mm.
L'invention concerne une bande transporteuse d'une installation de coulée continue pour la production de feuillards métalliques, notamment en acier, guidée par un rouleau entraîné et par un rouleau disposé horizontalement au voisinage du rouleau entraîné et pouvant être réglé de manière à tendre la bande, ladite bande prenant appui sur une surface-support disposée entre les rouleaux et étant refroidie sur la face opposée à celle où le feuillard est coulé. Conformément à l'invention, la bande transporteuse (210) est caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente, sur la face opposée au feuillard (13), des trous borgnes uniformément répartis (22), de telle façon que ces trous borgnes (22) soient séparés par une partie pleine de largeur minimale (S), la surface totale de la partie pleine étant de 0,15 à 0,4 fois la surface totale de la bande, et en ce que les fonds (24) des trous borgnes présentent une épaisseur de paroi (d) qui, au cours de l'échauffement par le feuillard (13), avec refroidissement simultané de la surface intérieure (29) du trou borgne, subit un bombement d'une hauteur b < 1 mm.
