ABSTRACT A conveyer-belt reeling device comprises an open box frame structure having an axle extending traversely the width of the frame. One extension of the axle protrudes through an upper horizontal frame member for connection to a drive unit mounted externally of the frame. The opposite extension of the axle is located within an opposite frame member which is pivotally attached at each end and is therefore capable of pivotal movement in either direction to allow the lateral transference of the axle with its associated roll of belting. A cradle is located in the bottom of the frame and extends traversely the width of the frame, being capable of vertical movement by means of an integrated lifting apparatus.
