A conveyor dishwasher (2) has a control apparatus (50) for automatically setting the quantity of final rinse liquid sprayed in the final rinse zone (18) per unit time as a function of the conveying speed and/or as a function of the type of washware conveyed through the final rinse zone (18). A rinse aid metering apparatus (57) is also provided which is designed to add in a metered fashion a constant quantity of rinse aid per unit time to the fresh water provided for final rinsing purposes independently of the quantity of final rinse liquid sprayed in the final rinse zone (18) per unit time.
Linvention concerne un lave-vaisselle à transporteur (2) présentant un appareil de commande (50) destiné à régler de manière automatique la quantité de liquide de rinçage final pulvérisée dans la zone de rinçage final (18) par unité de temps en fonction de la vitesse de transport et/ou en fonction du type de vaisselle transporté à travers la zone de rinçage final (18). Le lave-vaisselle à transporteur comprend également un appareil de dosage de produit de rinçage (57) conçu pour ajouter de manière dosée une quantité constante de produit de rinçage par unité de temps à leau douce fournie pour le rinçage final, indépendamment de la quantité de liquide de rinçage final pulvérisée dans la zone de rinçage final (18) par unité de temps.
