CONVEYOR ROLLER ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A roller for a conveyor belt comprises a shaft and a hollow cylindrical roller body of rotationally moulded nylon. The roller body includes recesses in the end faces for receiving bearings mounted on the shaft. A sealing ring covers each bearing recess and is welded at an outer periphery to the end face of the roller body so that an inner periphery runs on the shaft.
