A delivery apparatus for flat webs that are of plastic foil comprises a guide system that incorporates at least one first guide roller and at least one turning bar to guide the flat web through 180 in each instance whilst simultaneously changing its direction. The guide system also comprises a supporting device for the flat web that, in its turn, comprises a continuous conveyor belt that moves at the same speed as the flat web. The conveyor belt passes around the first turning bar together with the flat web in such a way that the side of the conveyor belt that is remote from the turning bar supports the flat web during this wrap-around phase.
