ABSTRACT The cooking vessel consists of an inner wall (1), an outer wall (2) and a plate (3) of good thermal con- ductivity arranged in the bottom between the inner and outer walls. The outer wall (2) is formed from composite material and has an outer layer of rust-proof material, a middle layer of ferromagnetic material and an inner layer of rust-proof material. At the upper rim (4), the inner wall (1) is connected to the outer layer in a gas- tight manner. As a result of this design, the cooking vessel is suitable both for induction plates and for conventional electrical cooking plates, ceramic hobs or gas cookers.
