- 1 - Abstract: Cooking apparatus has a heater comprising a plurality of electric heating wires and a plurality of mica sheets to in- sulate said wires. The heater is formed in a flat shape and located on the outside of the heating chamber and has substantially the same area as the ceiling of the chamber. The heater is firmly mounted on the ceiling by a heat re- sistant insulator and a metal attachment plate.
