-19- ABSTRACT A partition plate separating a heating chamber from a compartment storing a fan is provided with hot air blow-out ports divided into right and left groups, and a control wall for controlling the blowing direction of hot air is provided adjacent the hot air blow-out ports while a bypass passage for hot air continuous with the control wall is provided to set the blowing direction of hot air substantially to the middle of the heating chamber so as to avoid differences in temperature between the middle and peripheral regions of the heating chamber. The invention is particularly effective for multistage cooking.
