The inventive element consists of a tubular lateral wall (1) and a removable perforated base (2), said tubular lateral wall (1) comprising an inner shoulder (10) which is designed to receive the perforated base (2). According to the invention, the perforated base (2) comprises an openwork plate (3) which is obtained by means of coated or non-coated metal sheet deformation.
