Gas burner, as particularly intended for use in cooktops for residential food cooking applications, comprising a lower body (1), a top cap (2) closing said lower body on top, two coaxial flame rings (3,4) having the same diameter, but extending at two different heights, a single gas injector (5), a single Venturi tube (8), and a single expansion chamber (10) for the gas issuing from said single Venturi tube, said chamber being adapted to supply said two flame rings of the burner. The burner further comprises a first cylindrically- shaped hollow annular member (6) adapted to be applied vertically upon said lower body, and a second substantially planar hollow annular member (7), which is adapted to be applied upon said first annular member (6) and support said cap. The lower flame ring is supplied with gas from said expansion chamber via a plurality of ducts, which are substantially arranged within said first cylindrically- shaped annular member. Said two flame rings are provided with gas outlet ports having sensibly similar cross-section areas.
L'invention concerne un brûleur à gaz, particulièrement prévu à des fins d'utilisation dans des tables de cuisson pour des applications ménagères de cuisson daliments, comportant un corps inférieur (1), un couvercle supérieur (2) fermant ledit corps inférieur sur la partie supérieure, deux anneaux de flamme coaxiaux (3, 4) ayant le même diamètre mais s'étendant sur deux hauteurs différentes, un seul injecteur de gaz (5), un seul tube de venturi (8), et une seule chambre dexpansion (10) pour le gaz émis en provenance dudit seul tube de venturi, ladite chambre étant conçue pour alimenter lesdits deux anneaux de flamme du brûleur. Le brûleur comporte par ailleurs un premier élément annulaire creux de forme cylindrique (6) conçu pour être posé à la verticale sur ledit corps inférieur, et un deuxième élément annulaire creux sensiblement plan (7), qui est conçu pour être posé sur ledit premier élément annulaire (6) et supporter ledit couvercle. L'anneau de flamme inférieur est alimenté en gaz en provenance de ladite chambre d'expansion par le biais d'une pluralité de conduits, sensiblement arrangés à l'intérieur dudit premier élément annulaire de forme cylindrique. Lesdits deux anneaux de flamme sont munis d'orifices de sortie de gaz ayant des superficies en coupe sensiblement similaires.
