COOKING TRAY ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A food storage, cooking and serving tray having a trapezoidally-shaped bowl surrounded by a lip of rectangular shape to define two large, diagonally-opposing rim areas for grasping and handling the tray and with a protective cover sealed to said tray and having an orifice revealed in said cover through which two digits of a user's hand can be inserted to grasp and remove the cover from the tray.
