The invention concerns a cooking utensil having a base constituted by a composite structure comprising an intercalary plate of aluminum and an exterior plate of stainless steel having perforations in which the intercalary plate of aluminum comes flush characterized in that the central zone of the base is pressed to form a depressed discal zone with no perforations, and in that the density of perforations has a maximum value in an intermediate annular band, the density of perforations being greater than 20%.

La présente invention concerne un ustensile de cuisson présentant un fond constitué par une structure composite comprenant une plaque intercalaire en aluminium et une plaque extérieure en acier inoxydable présentant des perforations laissant affleurer la plaque intercalaire en aluminium caractérisé en ce que la zone centrale du fond est emboutie pour former une zone discale en creux sans perforation, et en ce que la densité de perforations présente une valeur maximale dans une bande annulaire intermédiaire, la densité de perforations étant supérieure à 20%.
