COOKING VESSEL FOR USE IN HIGH FREQUENCY OVEN Abstract of the Disclosure A high frequency oven has a heating chamber therein. For use in such chamber there is a cooking vessel that includes a weighted insert removably accommodated within the vessel. This insert is used to restrain food in the vessel during cooking and in particular to keep the food submerged in a liquid. The insert is made of a di- electric material and has a plurality of vapor escape holes.
