The invention relates to a cookware consisting of a metal support (2) and an anti-adhesive coating (3) applied thereto and comprising at least two fluorocarbon resin-based layers, wherein one layer is embodied in the form of a discontinuous layer (5) formed by patterns (6, 6'). Each cross section of said at least two layers is embodied in the form of discontinuities (9) and each pattern (6, 6') is embodied in the form of a surface at least of 1mm?2¿.

L'invention concerne un article culinaire formé d'un support métallique (2) et d'un revêtement anti-adhésif (3) déposé sur le support métallique (2), le revêtement anti-adhésif (3) comprenant au moins deux couches à base de résine fluorocarbonée, l'une des deux couches étant une couche discontinue (5) formée de motifs (6, 6~). Toute coupe transversale des dites au moins deux couches présente des discontinuités (9) et chaque motif (6, 6') présente une surface d'au moins 1 mm2.
