A joint for connecting a coolable double-walled pipe section to another pipe section comprises a tubular section having co-axial inner and outer walls and a cooling fluid channel formed between said walls. Said cooling fluid channel is adapted to be connected in fluid communication with cooling fluid channels formed between the inner and outer walls of said coolable pipe section in such a manner that the interconnected pipe section are allowed to slide relative to each other whereas a uniformly distributed flow path of cooling fluid is maintained through out said cooling fluid channels irrespective of said sliding motion.
L'invention porte sur un joint servant à relier une section de conduite refroidissable à double paroi à une autre section de conduite. Ledit joint comporte une section tubulaire présentant une paroi intérieure et une paroi extérieure coaxiales et un passage pour un fluide de refroidissement compris entre lesdites parois. Ledit passage est conçu pour être raccordé aux passages pour fluide de refroidissement compris entre les parois intérieures et extérieures de la susdite section refroidissable de telle manière que les sections de conduite raccordées puissent coulisser l'une par rapport à l'autre tout en offrant un cheminement uniformément réparti au liquide de refroidissement à travers l'ensemble du passage indépendamment des mouvements de coulissement.
