An osteosynthesis drilling sleeve is used especially for drilling, threading and inserting implants. It comprises an upper end (1) for inserting an implant or a surgical instrument and a lower end (2) to be set on the bone. A coolant accessory (3) is put in position in the vicinity of the upper end (1) to feed coolant to the drilling sleeve.

L'invention concerne une douille de perçage pour ostéosynthèse, servant en particulier au perçage, au taraudage et à la pose d'implants. Cette douille présente une extrémité supérieure (1) servant à introduire un instrument ou un implant, ainsi qu'une extrémité inférieure (2) pouvant être placé sur l'os.
