A cold-storage material obtained by adding 4 parts by weight of poly(N- vinylacetamide) as a cold-storage-prolonging agent to 100 parts by weight of 20 wt.% aqueous sodium chloride solution and adding thereto sodium borate as a supercooling inhibitor in an amount of 3 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the aqueous solution was packed into a pack (1) and cooled in a refrigerator to solidify it. This pack (1) containing the cold-storage material was placed in a cold-reserving box (2), which was examined for temperature change. As a result, it was ascertained that the cold-storage retention time was prolonged. Thus, a cold-storage material can be provided which has a prolonged cold-storage retention time and is suitable for use in cold reservation for long-term transportation, storage, display, etc.
L'invention concerne une matière de stockage frigorifique, qu'on obtient en ajoutant 4 parties en poids de poly(N-vinylacétamide) comme agent prolongeant le stockage frigorifique sur 100 parties en poids représentant 20 % en poids de solution aqueuse de chlorure de sodium, et en ajoutant à ce mélange du borate de sodium comme inhibiteur de surfusion selon une quantité de 3 parties en poids pour 100 parties en poids de solution aqueuse. Cette matière est conditionnée de façon à obtenir un conditionnement (1) et refroidie dans un appareil frigorifique en vue d'une solidification. Le conditionnement (1) contenant la matière de stockage frigorifique est placé dans une caisse de conservation frigorifique (2) dont on relève les modifications de température. Il en résulte qu'un allongement de la durée de rétention de stockage frigorifique a pu être établi. L'invention concerne par conséquent une matière de stockage frigorifique présentant une durée allongée de rétention de stockage frigorifique, et qui convient pour mettre en oeuvre une conservation par le froid au cours de transports, d'un stockage, d'une présentation, etc. de longue durée.
