Cooling and heating device using a chemical reaction comprising at least four reactors (R1, R2, R3, R4), each containing a salt capable of chemically reacting with a gas, an enclosure (3)for receiving gas from the reactors and an enclosure (E) for conveying gas to the reactors. The device is arranged so that, during the chemical reaction, two reactors are at the same higher pressure level, while two reactors are at the same lower pressure level. According to the invention, the device also comprises a heat-transporting fluid circuit (45) for transferring heat between the reactors, operating at the same pressure level.

Dispositif pour produire du froid et/ou de la chaleur par réaction chimique comprenent au moins quatre réacteurs (R1, R2, R3, R4) contenant chacun un sel susceptible de réagir chimiquement avec un gaz, une enceinte (e) destinée à recevoir le gaz des réacteurs et une enceinte (E) destinée à délivrer le gaz aux réacteurs, le dispositif étant agencé de faon que, lors de la réaction chimique, deux réacteurs se trouvent à un même niveau de pression supérieur, et deux réacteurs se trouvent à un même niveau de pression inférieur. Selon l'invention, le dispositif comprend de plus un circuit (45) de fluide caloporteur destiné à transférer de la chaleur entre les réacteurs se trouvant à un même niveau de pression.
