A cooling bed for rails (3) with an apparatus (12) which is intended for transferring the rails (3) onto the cooling bed (1) from an infeeding roller table (2) and is set up to bend the rails (3) counter to the bending which they undergo during cooling is constructed as follows: Said apparatus (12) has supports (25) which can be raised and lowered, can be displaced into the cooling bed (1) from the roller table (2) and are intended for the rails (3). In each case one abutment which is directed towards the underside of the rail foot and one abutment which is directed towards the top side of the rail foot are arranged on supports (25). The displacement paths of the supports (25) are controlled in accordance with the desired bending. The front abutment (37), as seen in the direction of displacement, can be let down into the support (25) by pivoting forwards and downwards. The rear abutment (39), as seen in the direction of displacement, can be drawn back behind a shoulder of the support (25) by pivoting upwards and rearwards.
Cette invention concerne un appareil de transfert (12) sur table de refroidissement (1) pour rails (3) acheminés à partir d'une table d'alimentation à rouleaux (2), l'appareil de transfert étant monté de façon à cintrer les rails (3) dans le sens opposé à la déformation qu'ils subissent au refroidissement. L'appareil (12) comporte des supports (25) qui peuvent être relevés et abaissés, qui peuvent être déplacés de la table d'alimentation à rouleaux (2) jusque dans la table de refroidissement (1) et qui servent à soutenir les rails (3). Chaque support (25) comporte un poussoir orienté vers la face inférieure de la semelle du rail et un poussoir qui prend appui sur la face supérieure de ladite semelle. Le déplacement des supports (25) est réglé en fonction du cintrage à réaliser. Le poussoir antérieur (37), vu dans le sens de déplacement, peut s'escamoter dans le support (25) en pivotant vers l'avant et le bas. Le poussoir postérieur (39), vu dans le sens de déplacement, peut être replié derrière un épaulement du support (25) en le faisant pivoter vers le haut et l'arrière.
