A cooling ceiling for air conditioning a room with a system of pipes, through which cooling water is flowing, which is provided at least in regions between the ceiling of a building and the respective ceiling elements and is fixed over a holding element supporting this ceiling in the installed position, in which the cooling pipe lies against the ceiling element, characterized in that a connecting element, which accomodates the cooling pipe in a shaped recess is disposed between the holding element and the respectively assigned region of the cooling pipe and is supported vertically adjustable at the holding element.
