ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention concerns a thermoplastic molding composition comprising an aromatic copolycarbonate which structure contains units derived from an alkylated dihydroxybiphenol and chain terminations derived from phenol or from a substituted phenol, said compositions being characterized by their high second order transition temperature. The invention further concerns a process for the preparation of said copolycarbonate resins.
