(Problems) Providing a polymer, a composition and a molded article, which are inexpensive and have great chemical stability and high mechanical strength with no content of halogen elements and less environmental burden during disposal. (Means for Resolution) A copolymer containing at least two or more polymer segments, where at least one polymer segment contains a phosphoryl derivative represented by the following general formula (1) and at least one polymer segment never contains a phosphoryl derivative represented by the following general formula (1): (where R independently represents hydrocarbon, an aromatic ring, hydrogen, a metal ion or onium ion).

(Problèmes) Fourniture d~un polymère, d~une composition et d~un article moulé, qui sont bon marché et présentent une excellente stabilité chimique et une forte résistance mécanique en l~absence d~éléments halogènes et moins de charge environnementale pendant la mise au rebut. (Moyens de résolution) Un copolymère contenant au moins deux segments polymères ou plus, dans lequel au moins un segment polymère contient un dérivé phosphoryle représenté par la formule générale suivante (1) et au moins un segment polymère ne contient jamais de dérivé phosphoryle représenté par la formule générale suivante (1) : (1) (dans laquelle R représente indépendamment un hydrocarbure, un cycle aromatique, un hydrogène, un ion métallique ou un ion onium).
