The invention relates to copolymers of: a) 1 to 65 mol% of at least one diketen of the general formula (I) in which R1 and R2 are mutually independently hydrogen or C1-C30 alkyl; b) 30 to 70 mol% of at least one ethylenically unsaturated bicarboxylic acid or a derivative thereof; c) 0.5 to 60 mol% of at least one ethylenically unsaturated hydrocarbon; and d) up to 20 mol% of at least one other ethylenically unsaturated monomer. The invention also relates to a process for their production, modified copolymers obtainable by reacting these copolymers with NH, SH and/or OH-functional compounds, the use of the possibly modified copolymer as an additive for middle petroleum distillates and middle petroleum distillates containing them.

L'invention concerne des copolymères comprenant: a) entre 1 et 65 % en moles d'au moins un dicétène de la formule générale (I), dans laquelle R?1¿ et R?2¿ désignent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, hydrogène ou alkyle C¿1?-C¿30?; b) entre 30 et 70 % en moles d'au moins un acide dicarboxylique insaturé éthyléniquement ou d'un dérivé d'acide carboxylique; c) entre 0,5 et 60 % en moles d'au moins un hydrocarbure insaturé éthyléniquement; et d) jusqu'à 20 % en moles d'au moins un autre monomère insaturé éthyléniquement. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant de les préparer, des copolymères modifiés pouvant être obtenus par réaction de ces copolymères avec des composés à fonction NH-, SH- et/ou OH-, l'utilisation des copolymères éventuellement modifiés comme additifs pour des distillats moyens de pétrole, et des distillats moyens de pétrole les contenant.
