The invention relates aqueous skin or hair cosmetic preparations which comprise at least one polymer A which contains, in a polymerised form, at least one ester of a (meth)acrylic acid, at least one olefinically unsaturated, radically polymerisable anionogenic or anionic compound, at least one olefinically unsaturated compound containing urethane groups and which does not contain any silicone groups and, optionally, additional radically polymerisable compounds.
