HOE 91/F 008 Abstract of the disclosure: Copolymers of diallylaminomethylenephosphonates and unsaturated carboxylic acids Copolymers obtainable by copolymerization, at tempera- tures above 70°C, of 0.1 to 50 mol % of at least one diallylaminomethylenephosphonate and 99.9 to 50 mol % of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and if appropriate other unsaturated monomers. The copolymers of this type are suitable as an agent for preventing scale formation (scale inhibitor) and as a builder or co-builder in detergents.
