COPOLYMERS OF ETHYNYL TERMINATED POLYIMIDES AND DIETHYNYLBENZENE Norman Bilow ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A new class of copolymers obtained via copoly- merizing diethynylbenzene with an ethynyl substituted polyimide oligomer has been developed. The copolymers are thermosetting in character and are particularly useful for the frabrication of composite structure such as glass fiber reinforced laminates and molding compounds and graphite fiber reinforced laminates and molding compounding having zero void content.
