A copy holder comprised of an armature which extends at a perpendicular angle from the side wall of a CRT ( or similar device ) and has a spring loaded document holder clip located on one side of the armature. The armature is pivotably fastened by means of a removable metal pin to a generally T-shaped bracket which is removably attached to a CRT ( or similar device ). The generally T-shaped bracket is grooved at one end to the same size and angle as a fixed base member attached permanently to the top wall of a CRT ( or similar device ) by means of double sided tape or other similar fastening device, and has a lower extension from the bracket that allows the metal pin to secure the armature. Holes drilled at either end of the armature will allow for the reversal of said armature to be positioned at either the left side or the right side of a CRT ( or similar device ), as well as permit the addition of a document/book, easel. Said easel consists of a generally U-shaped hook at the top that removably fastens across the top and two faces of said armature. Said easel angles out across one face of said armature to allow for the secure placement and easy viewing of books and/or documents that are held in place by a generally L-shaped extension at the bottom of the easel.
