ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In combination, a word processing work station including a computer and a box-like video monitor connected to the computer, and a copyholder assembly including: an elongated tubular frame; L-shape arms with suction cups, to secure the tubular frame to the monitor top wall so as to extend laterally beyond the monitor side walls; at least one copyholder consisting of a large panel and a slidable ruler mounted to the panel; a pivotable screw knob, pivotally connected to the tubular frame to hang the copyholder panel about the tubular frame spacedly frontwardly of the monitor, the panel being outwardly offset from the monitor screen. The knob enables to selectively shift the copyholder panel within its plane relative to a fixed point, downwardly inwardly toward the monitor corresponding side wall.
