A method of controlling the switching of components of a cordless telephone system includes sensing the signal link quality of the signals received from a handset at a base station through signal exchanging components e.g. RADs, supplying switching control signals to the signal exchanging components so as to cause adjacent ones of the signal exchanging components to have mutually different switched states; and changing the control signals so as to reverse the switched states of the signal exchanging components in response to a predetermined deterioration of the signal link quality.
Un procédé, qui permet de commander la commutation des composants d'un système de téléphone sans fil, consiste à détecter la qualité de liaison des signaux reçus d'un combiné situé au niveau d'une station de base, par l'intermédiaire de composants d'échange de signaux, par exemple des circuits de commande d'antennes distants, à fournir des signaux de commande de commutation à ces composants d'échange de signaux de façon que des composants adjacents présentent des états de commutation différents, et à modifier les signaux de commande pour inverser les états de commutation des composants d'échange de signaux en réponse à une détérioration prédéterminée de la qualité de liaison des signaux.
