Abstract of the Disclosure A plastisol which comprises: (a) a core-shell polymer which comprises a core layer polymerized mainly from an aromatic vinyl monomer, and a shell layer polymerized from a monomer mixture comprising 50-95% by weight of methyl methacrylate as a first monomer, 5-50% by weight of at least one of an .alpha., .beta.-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid and a hydroxyalkyl ester of .alpha., .beta.-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid as a second monomer, and 0-30% by weight of a third monomer copolymerizable with the first and second monomer, the shell layer being contained in an amount of 5-80% by weight based on the core-shell polymer and having a weight average particle size of 0.1-20 microns; and (b) a plasticizer as an aromatic compound having at least two independent aromatic rings in the molecule in which the core-shell polymer is dispersed.
