The invention concerns a corkscrew assembly of the self-pull type comprising a screw member (12) and a holding member (30), the screw member comprising a screw (13) having a lower end (16) adapted to be inserted into a cork and an upper end (17) secured to a handle (18) by which the screw member may be rotated about the axis (15) of the screw, the holding member having a body (31, 35) formed with a bore (32, 36) to loosely receive the screw, and a pair of arms (40) extending downwardly therefrom and arranged to engage the top of and opposite sides of the neck of a bottle, the arrangement being such that initially as the screw member is rotated the screw enters the cork while further rotation causes the cork to be pulled from the neck of the bottle, and in which a projecting portion (26) on the lower part of the handle is a retaining fit in the bore (32) of the holding member (30) when the screw is fully inserted into the holding member so as to retain the members together in that position against inadvertent separation. Preferably the projecting portion (26) is a snap-fit in the holding member (30). The handle has three equi-angularly spaced arms (21), of substantially depth and rounded in side view, extending outwardly from and symmetrically about the axis (15) of the screw (13).
La présente invention concerne un tire-bouchon du type dans lequel le bouchon remonte automatiquement, lequel comprend un élément en forme de vis (12) et un élément de retenue (30), l'élément en forme de vis comprenant une vis (13) munie d'une extrémité inférieure (16) destinée à être insérée dans un bouchon et une extrémité supérieure (17) fixée sur une poignée (18) au moyen de laquelle on peut faire tourner l'élément en forme de vis autour de l'axe (15) de la vis. L'élément de retenue comprend un corps (31, 35) muni d'un alésage (32, 36) lui permettant de recevoir la vis avec un certain jeu, et deux bras (40) s'étendant vers le bas disposés de manière qu'ils peuvent prendre appui sur le côté supérieur et sur les côtés opposés du goulot d'une bouteille, le mécanisme fonctionnant de telle manière qu'au début, au fur et à mesure où l'on tourne l'élément vis, la vis pénètre dans le bouchon et qu'ensuite, toute rotation supplémentaire fait sortir le bouchon du goulot de la bouteille. Une partie saillante (26) se projetant depuis la partie inférieure de la poignée constitue un moyen de fixation dans l'alésage (32) de l'élément de retenue (30) lorsque la vis est entièrement insérée dans l'élément de retenue, moyen qui permet de retenir les éléments ensemble dans cette position afin d'empêcher qu'ils se séparent accidentellement. De préférence, la partie saillante (26) peut s'encliqueter dans l'élément de retenue (30). La poignée comprend trois bras (21) placés en angle à une même distance les uns des autres, sensiblement profonds et arrondis lorsqu'ils sont vus de côté, s'étendant vers l'extérieur de manière symétrique par rapport à l'axe (15) de la vis (13).
