It is intended to provide a transplantation material applicable to treatments of various diseases with a need of corneal endothelium transplantation. Corneal endothelial cells are collected, proliferated, then sowed on amnion and cultured. Thus, a corneal endothelium-like sheet, which has a cell layer made up of the corneal endothelium-origin cells formed on the amnion, can be obtained.

Des cellules d'endothélium cornéen sont recueillies, mises à proliférer, puis utilisées pour ensemencer de l'amnion, et sont enfin mises en culture. La feuille de type endothélium cornéen, qui comporte une couche cellulaire à base de cellules provenant de l'endothélium cornéen, formées sur l'amnion, peut ainsi être obtenue.
