ABSTRACT The invention relates to a screen deck for screening machines, scrubbers or the like, of the type comprising a support structure and poly- gonally shaped screen panels having a plurality of screen apertures which are releasably arranged on the support structure to form a continuous separation surface, the screen panels being secured to the support structure in the zones of at least some of their corners. According to the invention, the screen panels are supported only in the zones of their secured corners in spaced relationship to the support structure and are connected thereto by means of spacer elements.
