At creation time, Corporations are registered as Moral Persons which suggests that they have some of the attributes of living entities. Thereafter, they are treated as "things" for the rest of their lives. Even our most successful corporations who become Public, with tremendous power over people and Society in general, can access to their new status without elevating themselves to the rank of "living processes". They only have to obey to a few financial rules dictated by governments and market places. And the owners and/or a small group of people - the executives - control the destiny of these fragile and vulnerable Moral Persons but extremely powerful entities called Corporations. The current process used for the constitution and regulation of private and public Corporations and their day-to-day management is 'out of sync' with today's world reality. Corporations are not currently equipped to cope with this new and fast changing world. And this already had and will continue to have disastrous consequences unless we accept to proceed to a dramatic change and give to Corporations some of the most strategic attributes inherent to living entities. Under the current situation, Corporations do not always know how to react to the outer world realities because they do not have any appropriate built-in intelligence system, they can hardly protect themselves from viruses coming from the inside because they have no built-in immune and security system and finally but not least, most of their self- regulatory systems have not yet attained a satisfactory level of maturity. As a result, corporations may put themselves at risk and attempt to grow at inappropriate times, they may put themselves into precarious situations and have to proceed to serious amputations and let go thousands of highly skilled and experienced people all at once and finally, as recently observed in US, some executives may transform themselves in the most deadly viruses that the corporation has ever known. "CorpAliveNetwork" is a process that proposes to mimic some of the most important elements of the psychosomatic network of the human body to give to Corporations a 'nervous-like' system called "CorpIntelligenceSystem", an 'endocrine-like' system called "ActionTimeLeap" and an 'immune-like' system called "CorpImmuneSystem". As it is the case for humans, a basic 'psychosomatic-like' network like the "CorpAliveNetwork" could be adopted by Corporations at their birth time and be improved year after years thereafter. "CorpAliveNetwork" is one of the main chapters of a new unpublished book entitled 'The Spiral of Life' which attempts to highlight the possible impacts of the most recent discoveries from Quantum physics, Chaos theory and Self-organizing systems on our vision of complex living systems' behaviours such as those of humans and human organizations. Other related chapters like Complex systems imprints, Mind Process Network, Integral thinking and Creative imagination from which the 'CorpAliveNetwork' process has been deduced from are also available upon request. Please note that the expressions 'Mind Process Network', 'Integral thinking' and 'Creative imagination ' abundantly stated ail throughout the text should, however, be considered as non-patent citations.
