A system and method for correcting misshaped ears using a base section (105) defining an opening (103) dimensioned to accommodate the passage of the ear (1) through the opening (103) and a top section (102) releasably engageable with the base section (105) defining a compartment therebetween. A first stint (31) can be arranged on an anterior surface (107) of the base section (105) to maintain a desired anatomic shape of the ear (1) essentially in an area of the antihelix (14) and the superior limb (17) of the triangular fossa (16). A second stint (32) can be placed in an area of the scapha (12) of the ear (1) to maintain a desired contour of the scaphal area (12). A conchal stint (71) can be placed in the concha (13) to maintain a desired anatomic shape of the concha (13).
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour corriger des oreilles malformées en utilisant une section de base (105) définissant une ouverture (103) dimensionnée pour loger le passage de l'oreille (1) à travers l'ouverture (103) et une section supérieure (102) pouvant être mise en prise de façon libérable avec la section de base (105) définissant un compartiment entre elles. Une première région (31) peut être disposée sur une surface antérieure (107) de la section de base (105) pour maintenir la forme anatomique voulue de l'oreille (1) essentiellement dans une zone de l'anthélix (14) et le membre supérieur (17) de la fossette triangulaire (16). Une seconde région (32) peut être placée dans une zone de la gouttière de l'hélix (12) de l'oreille (1) pour maintenir le contour voulu de la zone de gouttière de l'hélix (12). Une région de conque (71) peut être placée dans la conque (13) pour maintenir la forme anatomique voulue de la conque (13).
