A correction fluid containing composite material particles; each of said composite material particles comprise a plurality of smaller particles of at least one film forming binder, which smaller particles are bound together_and so fixed relative to each other by the polymer formed on polymerization of the polymerization liquid. The composite material particles can also include smaller particles of each other solids such as opacifying particles.
