An aqueous, correction fluid that includes a suspending agent, a binding resin, water, and an opacifying pigment. The suspending agent is preferably a gum or hydrocolloid, e.g. xanthan gum, and the composition preferably has a shear-thinning index (n) of from about 0.08 to 0.50. The fluid may be dispensed from a pen as described in the figure or from a container. A dispenser (10) comprises elongated body member (12) and barrel (14). A tubular passage (16) extends through barrel (14) and opens rearwardly into body member (12) for flow of correction fluid from the body member into barrel (14). Within tubular passage (16) a tubular spring retainer (26) is disposed in interfitting engagement with barrel (14).

Liquide correcteur aqueux comportant un agent de suspension, une résine liante, de l'eau et un pigment opacifiant. L'agent de suspension consiste de préférence en une gomme ou un hydrocolloïde, par exemple de la gomme xanthane, et la composition présente un indice de viscosité structurelle (n) variant de 0,08 à 0,50. Le liquide peut être appliqué au moyen d'une plume, comme l'indique la figure, ou à partir d'un contenant. Le distributeur (10) est constitué d'un élément allongé (12) et d'une douille (14). La douille (14) comporte un passage tubulaire (16) qui s'ouvre vers l'arrière de l'élément allongé (12) pour permettre au liquide correcteur de s'écouler de l'élément allongé dans la douille (14). Dans le passage tubulaire (16), un cale-ressort tubulaire (26) s'engage dans la douille (14).
