ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A tank assembly comprising: a frame; a cylindrical non- metallic tank having a first end and a flat second end, the tank being horizontally secured to the frame; a fluid manifold connected to the first end of the tank; a plurality of hose connections extending from the manifold; and a circulation system for circulating fluid in the tank. A method of forming a portable tank assembly using a normally vertical, cylindrical, non-metallic tank having a top end and a flat bottom end. The method comprises the steps of: connecting a fluid manifold to the top end of the tank, the fluid manifold having a plurality of hose connections extending therefrom; providing the tank with a fluid circulation system for circulating fluid in the tank; and securing the tank in horizontal position to a frame.
