A pipe structure (10) includes an annular corrugation (26) centered on an axis (30). The corrugation (26) has a cylindrical liner (32) centered on the axis (30), two annular sidewalls (36) extending radially outward from axially opposite ends of the liner (32), and an annular crown (38) extending axially between radially outer ends of the sidewalls (36). An annular cavity (60) is centered on the axis (30) and is bounded by the liner (32), the sidewalls (36) and the crown (38). A structural filler (74) is contained within the cavity (60).
