At least one deliverable ingredient is substantially evenly dispersed throughout the flax seed carrier-matrix. The liquid extract of flax seed can include linum usitatissimum (linseed) seed extract. In one embodiment, the deliverable ingredients can be hydrophilic. In another embodiment, the deliverable ingredients can be either hydrophobic or hydrophilic.
