A method for providing an oxidatively stable cuphea derived emollient composition having a relatively high tricaprin concentration is disclosed. Various features and specifications may be controlled, adapted or otherwise modified to improve the application and utilization of cuphea oil and cuphea oil derivatives as emollients. The present invention generally provides cosmetic, personal cares and other topical preparation ingredients having improved oxidative stability as well as other desirable characteristics as compared with naturally derived emollient and/or synthetic emollient alternatives.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une composition émolliente dérivée du cuphéa, stable à l'oxydation, et ayant une concentration relativement élevée en tricaprine. Diverses caractéristiques et spécifications peuvent être contrôlées, adaptées ou modifiées de toute autre façon, afin d'améliorer l'application et l'utilisation de l'huile de cuphéa et des dérivés de l'huile de cuphéa comme émollients.
