ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A novel cosmetic skin cleanser formulation is described which is non-irritating and non-stinging. This formulation comprises, in percent by weight: Image which above total of ingredients results in about 40% to about 81.5% of the final total cleanser formulation, and an aqueous phase constituting the balance of said formulation. When the cleanser formulation is used in a regime it aids in making sensitive skin less sensitive.
