This invention relates to a cosmetic, dermatologic, hygienic or pharmaceutic compound for skin care or makeup, in the form of an emulsion comprising a dispersion of polymer particles, surface-stabilized in the fat liquid phase of the emulsion and eventually at least one colouring agent, the amount of polymer being sufficient to make the compound transfer-free. The said compound makes it possible to obtain a flexible, non-fat film on the lips or skin having remarkable properties of non transferability, while being extremely comfortable. The invention also relates to the use of this polymer dispersion in such a compound.

La présente invention se rapporte à une composition, notamment cosmétique, dermatologique, hygiénique ou pharmaceutique, pour le soin et/ou le maquillage de la peau, se présentant sous forme d'une émulsion comprenant une dispersion de particules de polymère, stabilisées en surface dans la phase grasse liquide de l'émulsion et éventuellement au moins une matière colorante, la quantité de polymère étant en quantité suffisante pour conférer à la composition des propriétés de sans transfert. Cette composition permet d'obtenir sur les lèvres et/ou la peau un film souple, non gras, ayant des propriétés de sans transfert remarquables, tout en étant d'un très grand confort. L'invention se rapporte également à l'utilisation de cette dispersion de polymère dans une telle composition.
